We are looking for a highly organised, part-time colleague to join the Directorate Learning and Wellbeing and play a key administrative role.  The Directorate brings together academic and student support services to develop and support a holistic vision of wellbeing for staff and students at RVC and provide a variety of support, information and guidance to all students. The Project Support Officer will provide project support to the Director and support the activities of the teams in the department including: the Advice Centre; Employability and Careers; and Digital Learning. The role is 28 hours/week and is based in our Camden campus.

You will have experience of working on multiple projects at one time and liaising professionally with a wide range of stakeholders across the College.  You will have experience preparing and monitoring project documentation, writing reports and minute taking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail and accuracy. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and you will have excellent IT skills. You will have an ability to manage and prioritise your busy workload and conduct the role with a high level of personal responsibility and initiative.
