But we are determined to do more, and do better, to support and facilitate enhancement of learning and teaching and innovative methods of curriculum delivery. 
We are looking for a highly organised, part-time colleague to join the Directorate Learning and Wellbeing and play a key administrative role to support our student and staff facing events.  The Directorate brings together academic and student support services to develop and support a holistic vision of wellbeing for staff and students at RVC and provide a variety of support, information and guidance to all students. The Events and Marketing Coordinator will provide events administration to student activities including Extended student induction and Careers conference and also support staff training events and INSET days. The post holder will also contribute to managing the Directorate’s communications across social media, the website and the intranet.  The role is 28 hours/week and is based in our Camden campus.

You will have experience of working on multiple events at one time and liaising professionally with a wide range of stakeholders across the College.  You will have experience preparing pieces of collateral, evaluating the success of events and you feel at ease working in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail and accuracy. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and you will have excellent IT skills. You will have an ability to manage and prioritise your busy workload and conduct the role with a high level of personal responsibility and initiative.
