We are looking for a colleague to join the Digital Learning team in the department of Learning and Wellbeing. The Learning Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintenance, support and enhancement of critical RVC learning systems and digital learning technologies. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a variety of digital pedagogies to increase learner performance and engagement. You will play a key role in developing and delivering services which enable students to thrive at RVC.

You will have a track record of success in educational design, student learning development, and VLE administration whilst being comfortable working as part of a project-based team. You will be enthusiastic, highly organised and used to working in a fast-paced environment that is responsible for the design, delivery, support and evaluation of a variety of learning solutions and interventions for staff and students.  You will also have experience of data-informed service delivery and be familiar with developing learning analytics to inform student engagement initiatives.
