We are looking for an experienced HR Information Systems Specialist to join our Human Resources Team to provide maternity cover for a 12 month period. Reporting to the Head of HRIS, Pay & Reward, you will provide guidance and support on all HR and Payroll Systems issues as well as continually reviewing processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
You will be one of the key points of contact for all HR Systems issues and your responsibilities will include training users of the systems across the College.

We are looking for candidates who have experience of i-Trent HR and Payroll and able to interrogate databases using the Business Objects reporting tool. Previous experience of training colleagues in the use of systems is also required, therefore you will need good negotiating and influencing skills.
You will have already worked in a similar role, preferably in a higher education environment although this is not essential.  You must be a great communicator and team player who can prioritise work to deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure along with delivering high levels of customer service.
