We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Support Manager to join the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals (QMHA)'s team. The QMHA is the UK's largest small animal veterinary teaching hospital. 

The Clinical Support Manager is responsible for leadership and delivery of the highest standards of professional and clinical care in the hospital, having overall responsibility for all the clinical support teams and line management of Head RVNs, Senior Radiographer, Head of Dispensary, Head Hospital Coordinator, Head of Transfusion Medicine service and Head Cardiothoracic Co-ordinator. 

Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Clinical Support Manager is a key member of the QMHA Management team, ensuring a strong sense of purpose and a clear mission for the hospital clinical support activities, as well as efficiency, productivity, patient safety, smooth day to day operation and support for the clinical support teams in the hospitalThe Clinical Support Manager forms a vital link between clinical support teams, the hospital management team and all other clinical and non-clinical teams within the hospital. 

To fulfil this role you should have former experience having worked in a similar job role, and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, together with experience of recruitment.
