We have an exciting opportunity for an RVN to be part of our unique and cutting edge cardiothoracic surgery care.  We work in a friendly multidisciplinary referral hospital providing the highest standard of nursing care for patients undergoing heart surgery in the teaching hospital at the Royal Veterinary College, The Queen Mother Hospital for Animals.

The successful candidate will work with both patients and their owners providing pre and post-operative care as well as acting as a surgical assistant within the operating theatre.  The cardiothoracic team works closely with owners, referring vets as well as collaborating with other specialist services to provide care for patient’s travelling from around the world.  Full training will be given for this unique role.
