The Royal Veterinary College Equine Referral Hospital is internationally renowned and is fully equipped with state of the art surgical, diagnostic, and critical care facilities.   

We require an enthusiastic Equine Technician to work in the Equine Referral Hospital at the Hawkshead campus of the Royal Veterinary College.  

You will work as part of a team, providing routine care for resident and hospitalised horses and farm animals. You will also be responsible for demonstrating a high standard of animal management and handling to veterinary students and provide the highest standards of equine husbandry, stable management and technical support for patients in clinical areas. Appropriate related qualification and ideally a minimum of two years experience along with the extensive experience of working in a commercial yard. Any previous handling of farm animals and or, any experience of working in a veterinary environment would be advantageous.
