We are currently seeking a full time administrator to join our Student Records and Finance team and ensure all student records relating to the enrolment, personal information, students course and modules, awards, fees and financial data is properly maintained.  Members of the team are based at both of our campuses; the post holder will be primarily based at Camden campus.

Your key duties will be to manager enrolment events, updates to student records data, and provide a service to students, staff and external clients providing confirmation of student status, transcripts and student information.  You will work with the Student Finance Manager on the administration of US Student Loans.  You will also maintain student tuition fee data, setting up fees due and fee transaction records, and undertaking checking routines to ensure the accuracy of fees data.  This work is shared with the Student Finance Manager and Student Finance & Records Officer.  You will also document student records processes, building on existing documentation.

We are looking for candidates with experience of student administration in an educational setting, or of using complex databases to a competent level, and an ability to work with great accuracy and attention to detail.  Excellent organisational skills are essential in this role, along with the ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative.  You will need to be able to develop good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.  A pro-active, flexible approach to your work is vital.
