An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised communicator to join our Admissions and Applicant Services Team in the role of Senior Communications and Conversion Officer.

The post-holder will be responsible for devising and executing communication plans that successfully nurture applicants through to enrolment and intervention plans that help the RVC in delivering both its student recruitment targets and Access and Participation Plan targets and goals. They will support the Admissions Team in ensuring the provision of accurate and timely information for applicants both before and during the application process and will play a key part in the organisation of applicant selection events. The post-holder will ensure a data-driven approach to their work by undertaking regular analysis and evaluation of data and information relating to conversion and intervention performance, producing regular reports and using this analysis to inform future activities.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in experience in either a Marketing, Communications, Student Recruitment or Admissions focused role. They will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of executing engaging campaigns aimed at a diverse range of customers and at customers at different stages of their journey or experience. We are looking for an individual with experience in manipulating data, a keen eye for detail, and an excellent working knowledge of Excel. In addition, the post-holder will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage their own workload, ensure that deadlines and targets are met and have a proactive approach to work. They will be keen to continually improve the service offered and be comfortable in making recommendations for how this might be achieved.
