The London BioScience Innovation Centre (LBIC) is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to ensure great service to its clients. A subsidiary of the RVC, LBIC provides laboratories, office space and related services to life science companies.
The Receptionist provides front-of-house support to all LBIC client companies, including management of deliveries, post, phone calls, meeting rooms, visitors and related administrative tasks.
This role is for three days per week, 8.30am-5.30pm.
The Reception team are the main point of contact at LBIC for clients and visitors, so presenting an approachable and responsive attitude, demonstrating efficiency and building strong relationships are essential. Time management, the ability to work under pressure and experience of working in customer service are also key skills for the role.
