The Estates Department is located at both the Hawkshead and Camden campuses and provides a service for the College, its students, staff, and visitors. The estate comprises teaching and learning facilities, science research facilities and clinical services through its veterinary hospitals on campus.

A vacancy exists for a Small Works Project Manager (works up to approximately £250k) to work closely with the Head of Estates Projects in the management and delivery of capital development including extensions, minor projects, refurbishment and a varied programme of work, including some survey work to establish a rolling fabric maintenance plan.  You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of revenue and capital projects from initial brief and inception to completion within budget and on programme. 

Possessing construction experience with a clear knowledge of relevant legislation, excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to prioritise and balance the operational requirement of your role and have proven evidence of budget management and the ability to relate to and influence people.
