The Beaumont Sainsbury Animal Hospital is the first opinion small animal teaching hospital for the Royal Veterinary College. Located within walking distance of Camden, Euston and Kings Cross Stations. We provide high quality veterinary care to the local community, including a specialist exotic species referral service, in support of our objectives for clinical service, teaching, and research.
We are looking for a enthusiastic, resourceful and proactive Dispensary Technician to provide an excellent standard of customer service led, skilled veterinary support and a efficient dispensary service, working alongside our veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses, in our Dispensary and Consulting areas.
The successful applicant will hold or be willing to undertake appropriate dispensing course, strong experience handling and dispensing medications and confident animal handling experience. A good understanding of stock control and ordering processes, and the ability to carry out in-house laboratory tests is essential. Training for maintaining Idexx in-house laboratory equipment, including quality control systems will be provided.
