We invite applications for a position as Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in Equine Surgery (Research Track) in the Department of Clinical Science and Services. The service is integrated into the large team of specialists working in RVC Equine, located in our Hawkshead Campus, a 15-minute train ride from the centre of cosmopolitan London and near a number of international airports.

This post is suitable for a research-focused and experienced equine surgeon who is aiming to combine his/her research interests with focused delivery of clinical services. Specifically, we are looking for a surgeon with a strong interest in upper airway research and surgery to strengthen and develop our existing reputation as centre of excellence in the field. The successful applicant will have a proven track-record of REF-returnable publications and funded research who has worked within or led a research team working in an area that aligns with the College’s existing research groups.

The position will appeal to those that enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive team environment that offers flexibility and family-friendly working patterns.
