            <p id="isPasted">An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Registry team at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). The RVC is the UK&#39;s largest and longest-established independent vet school and is a Federation Member of the University of London. The RVC offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing, and biological sciences and CPD programmes in veterinary medicine and veterinary nursing.</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic full-time Partnerships Programmes Administrator to work with the Assistant Registrar for Partnerships and Ethics Administration within the Academic Registry team. The post holder will undertake administrative support for partnership programmes, along with reviewing and updating documentation for processes relating to partnerships programmes. They will administratively support contractual development and renegotiation, administer ad-hoc contract review exercises, and administer the annual contract review processes and procedures. The post will provide secretarial support to relevant committees and working groups within the remit of partnership programme provision.</p><p>The successful post holder will have the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of customers and have a high level of customer focus. You will be able to work methodically, follow set processes and procedures, and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.             <p id="isPasted">We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced IT professional to join our team as a&nbsp;Senior IT/AV Support Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing expertise in a fast-paced, supportive, and varied environment&mdash;contributing to the delivery of high-quality IT services across the Royal Veterinary College (RVC).</p><p>In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the IT Resources Manager, colleagues across the IT department, and the Business Information Unit (BIU) to provide outstanding 1st and 2nd line support to students and staff. Based primarily at our Hawkshead campus, you will also occasionally travel to our Camden campus to support and maintain over 2,000 University-managed Windows systems.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating the Helpdesk team, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues across a wide range of hardware, software, and operating systems - including audio-visual equipment. You will also offer guidance and support to students with their personal devices, making every day varied and rewarding.</p><p>Success in this role depends on your ability to troubleshoot efficiently, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams and departments. You will be key to delivering user-focused, reliable IT services that support the College&rsquo;s broader strategic goals.</p><p>We are seeking someone with strong communication skills and proven experience working with both hardware and software in a complex, user-focused environment. Experience in higher education is highly desirable, along with a solid background in troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and analytical thinking. You should also be confident working with both technical and non-technical colleagues to ensure seamless support across the institution.</p><p>We are currently the QS number 1 ranked veterinary school in the world and a great not-for-profit organisation to work for.
