            <p id="isPasted" style="text-align: justify;">We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dispensary RVN or a GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician to work in The Queen Mother Hospital for Animals, specialising in supporting a wide range of services within a busy small animal referral hospital. This position is ideal for someone with the passion and drive to develop their dispensary career and broaden their knowledge of medications and legislation compliance.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Working as part of our friendly and enthusiastic dispensary team, you will assist with the dispensing of medications for inpatients and outpatients, calculating drug doses, and ordering drugs and consumables to ensure that sufficient stock levels are maintained.             <p id="isPasted">An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Estates Department for an Assistant Maintenance Technician to support the delivery of a professional planned and reactive maintenance service across our Hawkshead Campus.</p><p>This important role helps ensure our busy hospitals, laboratories, accommodation, offices and teaching spaces remain safe, functional and well maintained at all times. We are looking for a practical and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn and develop their skills within a maintenance environment. You will assist with a wide range of maintenance activities across the campus, working alongside skilled maintenance technicians and supporting the upkeep of buildings, infrastructure and equipment.</p><p>Working as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, you will undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, assist with inspections and repairs, help maintain plant rooms and workshops and support the delivery of an effective and efficient Estates maintenance service. You will also liaise with colleagues, contractors and suppliers to help ensure a high standard of service is provided across the campus.</p><p>This role demands a flexible approach to work and will require the successful candidate undertake training as required and occasionally work at our Camden Campus when operationally necessary.             <p id="isPasted">An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Estates Department for a Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to provide a professional planned and reactive electrical maintenance service across our Hawkshead Campus.</p><p>This important role helps ensure our busy hospitals, laboratories, accommodation, offices and teaching spaces remain safe, compliant and fully operational at all times. We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations and equipment, together with the ability to diagnose faults and undertake repairs to a high standard. You will hold a recognised electrical qualification, such as NVQ Level 3, City &amp; Guilds or equivalent, and have a sound understanding of current electrical regulations, health and safety requirements, and safe systems of work.</p><p>Working as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, you will undertake both planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities, maintain accurate records of work completed, and work closely with colleagues, contractors and other Estates teams to ensure an effective maintenance service is delivered across the campus.</p><p>This role demands a flexible approach to work and will require the successful candidate undertake training as required and occasionally work at our Camden Campus when operationally necessary. Reporting to the Head Nurse, the role is responsible for supporting the management of a team of qualified RVNs, nursing apprentices and equine technicians.             <p id="isPasted">We currently have a unique opportunity for a RVN to work part-time twilight hours (Fri-Sun 18:00 - 02:00) within our Emergency and Critical Care team.</p><p>Our multi-disciplinary hospital accepts a range of referral and first opinion cases. In addition to state-of-the-art facilities, we are the only recognised Level 1 Trauma Centre in Europe with extensive in-house laboratory capabilities and the support of our on-site transfusion service allowing us to provide the highest level of care to critically&nbsp;ill patients. As part of our Emergency and Critical Care team you will be working alongside our experienced specialised RVNs, Patient Care Assistants, students, residents, clinicians and interns to triage and care for patients during their stay in the department.</p><p>Your role will evolve, however you can expect to be triaging and supporting with the stabilisation of patients on arrival to the hospital, in addition to monitoring patients for minor procedures and caring for inpatients seen through our first opinion service.</p><p>Working hours will be 21 hours every weekend, Friday-Sunday working twilight shifts: 18:00-02:00.
