            <p id="isPasted">We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced and proactive Client Services Co-Ordinator to join our Claims Team in our busy veterinary hospital.</p><p>Please note that this role is for a 1 year Fixed-Term Contract</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for processing insurance claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring clients receive clear, timely communication and compassionate support throughout their claims journey. You will also assist our client-facing team, acting as a key point of contact for clients during patient admission and discharge.</p><p>This role requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and organisational skill.             <p id="isPasted">We are looking for a client services coordinator to join our friendly Out of Hours team at the Royal Veterinary College,&nbsp;working approximately a 19-hour week&nbsp;on a rolling three-week rota, within our opening hours of 6pm until Midnight Mon to Fri and two in three weekends covering shift patterns between the hours of 8am until Midnight. The role is to work within the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals and provide, as part of a team, a first-class customer focused service for hospital clients, referring veterinary surgeons and visitors, forming a vital link between these groups and the hospital clinical staff during emotive times. The Out of Hours team is critical for continued support for the seamless running of the 24/7 service for the continuity of administration for the accounts and reception teams.</p><p>This role offers an excellent opportunity to use and develop your skills in all aspects of our busy Front of House, delivering the best level of comprehensive care and customer service to our patients, clients and the veterinary community. &nbsp;You will work alongside RVC clinical teams and students, to provide a friendly and professional customer focused service.&nbsp;</p><p>The successful applicant will be passionate about providing a high level of customer service, sharing knowledge with colleagues and students and have experience of reception work in a busy client focused environment and an enthusiastic and personable approach to client and patient care.
