The Online Staff Request Form is only available to members of Royal Veterinary College staff.

To submit an online staff request form you must register to access the secure online submission procedure. During the registration process personal information will be collected, which will be used to help complete some of the request form. During registration you will be given the opportunity to create a password which will allow you to log back onto the site, along with your RVC email address, to either finish and/or submit an incomplete request. You will also be able to view a list of your current/completed requests.

If you have already registered to access the Online Staff Request Form you may sign in again by entering your RVC email address and the password you created during registration to access the request details and submit a request.
