          <description>Category: Managerial &amp; Professional | Closing Date: 28 May 2012 | The Estates Department is located at both the Hawkshead and Camden campuses and provides a service for the College, its students, staff and visitors.&amp;nbsp; The estate comprises teaching and learning facilities, science research facilities and clinical services through its veterinary hospitals on campus.
A vacancy exists for a Project Manager to deputise and work closely with the Assistant Director of Estates in the management and delivery of capital development including new builds, minor projects, refurbishment and a varied programme of work.&amp;nbsp; You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of revenue and capital projects from initial brief and inception to completion within budget, on programme and to an exceptional quality.
Possessing project management and contract administration experience with clear knowledge of relevant key legislation, excellent communication skills and AutoCad experience, you will have the ability to prioritise and balance the operational requirement of your role and have proven evidence of good financial management and the ability to relate to and influence people at all levels.

A dynamic and professional Out of Hours Receptionist is needed for the unique and busy Queen Mother Hospital for Animals. You will have had previous experience in a receptionist role preferably in a veterinary or medical environment.
You will be highly organised, efficient and be motivated to work in a fast paced and interesting environment and be able to demonstrate excellent people skills to provide our clients with the highest standards of service. Flexibility is required as this role is to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods during weekends, evenings and bank-holidays on a rota basis often at short notice.

We invite applications for a full time Staff Clinician in Ophthalmology in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences. You will be expected to enhance the department&amp;rsquo;s reputation through scholarship in clinical activities and teaching.&amp;nbsp; You will achieve this by delivering professional services within the College&amp;rsquo;s hospitals, delivering clinical training on veterinary and paraveterinary undergraduate curricula and participating in postgraduate training programmes.&amp;nbsp;
We are looking for candidates with a registrable degree in veterinary science, who hold or are eligible to sit the examination for a postgraduate diploma in ophthalmology, and have experience of working in a specialist veterinary centre.
