This is a 10 month fixed term contract.
We require a qualified veterinary surgeon to teach in our Veterinary Basic Sciences Department.
You will be contributing to our integrated, systems-based curriculum of the first and second year BVetMed programme, our accelerated year for graduates and our BSc (Bioveterinary Sciences) course. The majority of your time will be spent teaching in dissection practicals and small group tutorials based around live animals.
Teaching experience and/or veterinary practice experience would be advantageous.
This post may suit a graduate wishing to reinforce their clinical knowledge with sound basic science or an individual interested in a career in academia.
